Hi my name is Georgina I'm a qualified personal trainer and mum to 2 little girls. One of the most important things to me is setting a good example for my kids so they grow up knowing the importance of exercise and a balanced healthy lifestyle. I love what I do and I really enjoy helping clients reach their goals, increase their fitness levels and help them discover the love of fitness.
Small group training is a non-intimidating environment where everyone will feel comfortable & classes are designed to be adaptable for ALL fitness levels.
My Group fitness sessions are a combination of different exercises using a variety of equipment as well as bodyweight exercises. I focus on functional fitness to help you build a better body for life.
